FiGa Films will not share, rent or sell its mailing list to anyone. Information provided by visitors to our site will strictly remain with FiGa Films. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (phone, address, email, etc.) for the purposes of completing on-line transactions. This information is vital in verifying payment information or to help us contact you in case there is a problem or delay in filling your order. Occasionally contact information from the order form is used to send you information about our new releases or promotions. Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings by choosing the “unsubscribe” option when filling out our order form. You may return any unopened DVD, for any reason, for a full refund. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from our site. FiGa Films guarantees all products to be defect free. We will replace any defective or damaged product. You can also cancel unshipped items. Please contact contact@FiGaFilms.com. Refunds We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Packing and Sending Your Return Please include the packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label.
